Welcome to "Self Therapy for Social Anxiety"   [A VARIATION "SELF THERAPY FOR ANXIETY"]

If you've taken the time to search for a site like this one, it's probably because you're suffering from one or more of the social anxiety symptoms listed below:

Shyness Introversion Rapid heartbeat Nervousness Self consciousness
Overly sensitive Fear of speaking Sweaty palms Dwelling on mistakes More

However, in looking for such a website, you have also already proven your own optimism that there must be something better than your current condition -- and there is! The technique that I'm going to share with you has been an incredible tool for overcoming my own social anxiety, and it's my sincere belief that it can be the same for you.

Since I created this program based on my personal experience with social anxiety, I understand how serious the condition can feel. If you're thinking that you might be a weak person because you're having problems that other people don't seem to have, be assured that after you learn and start using the tools that we'll discuss, you'll probably feel a social confidence that you've never known before. Whether you're suffering from simple social nervousness or severe social panic, the methods we'll cover may define a whole new way of living for you. The only reason you have social anxiety and other people don't is probably because they're using some of the same concepts without even knowing it.

Here are some comments I've received about the Self Therapy & MC2 Method audio programs, which the article you're about to read is based on:

"The [program] has given me the tools to deal with a very distressing problem that I have had for most of my lifetime (social anxiety). I feel that this program helped me to achieve a level of dealing with my social anxiety that I didn't think was possible. I find myself doing things and starting to get involved in social situations that I previously would have avoided in the past due to the anxiety that I always experienced."

"I just want to thank you so much. I've probably listened to the recording 6 times and I am so much more comfortable in social environments.... it truly is amazing. I feel as though I can go forward with my life. Thank you"

"I just want to thank you again for your tapes; they have really been helping me. I actually sat through our Christmas party at work with a lot of people and didn't have a panic attack like I normally would have. Thank you so much, Theresa"

"I found the program to be EXTREMELY helpful in dealing with a social anxiety problem that I have. I have suffered from social anxiety for years and didn't really know what the problem was or how to deal with it. I thought it was just something that I would have to live with. In doing some research about dealing with this problem I was very fortunate to find your website."

"[The program] is providing me with a certain confidence and courage that I didn't have before in certain social situations. I think it is an excellent program and I would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone with an anxiety problem. The program is very professionally done. I simply don't have the words to adequately express how Thankful I am to the individuals that participated in putting this program together. It has been a lifesaver for me and I can't say enough good things about it. I continue to listen to the audio and do the exercises and find something new each tine that I do. THANK YOU SO MUCH !!! Leo F."

Access to this information is FREE - there is no payment, subscription, or signup required. But please keep in mind that I am not a doctor - I am just a normal person who suffered from social anxiety, found a solution that worked amazingly well for me, and hope that by sharing my technique I'll be able help some other social anxiety sufferers. However, there is no intention to imply that this is the best or only way to treat social anxiety. And because I am not a licensed medical expert, THE INFORMATION SHOULD NOT BE RELIED ON AS MEDICAL ADVICE, and should only be used in conjunction with advice you receive from a medical professional. Please read the complete website terms of use before proceeding.

Also, please note that much of you're about to read is transcribed from an audio recording about overcoming general anxiety - which I've then modified for social anxiety. Therefore, some of the writing is not grammatically correct, but transcribed "as spoken". So please excuse any grammatical errors you find. If you prefer, you can listen to the original audio recordings (for free) at SelfTherapy.org - especially recommended during the "eyes closed" exercises.

Again, please read the complete terms of use before proceeding to the next page.
