In this section of the program you've learned some immensely powerful tools of self transformation. With them, you can begin to reprogram your subconscious mind, and redefine yourself by replacing self limiting, self-defeating, and anxiety producing thought patterns with more constructive ones. While you shouldn't expect to immediately reverse years of mental inertia, you will find the benefits of your efforts building upon themselves as you continue practicing day after day. By focusing as much mental energy on truly believing the thoughts and generating congruent emotional energies, you can drastically accelerate your results. Eventually you will internalize new beliefs completely and have a new basis from which you interact with people and your external world in general. Ultimately your objective will be to consciously produce more positive thoughts continually throughout your day -- not just when you're sitting down with your list, but at every moment of your day.. So whenever you notice anxiety or negative emotions arising, take a moment to identify the underlying thought causing it and put energy into producing the opposite.

The reversal to positive thinking may be difficult at first.. Negative thinking and expectation is a habitual behavior that you've been "practicing" for a long time... As with any habit, it may take some time to reverse -- and you may frequently fall into your old ways. That's OK - when you notice this happening, just re-focus and realize that as you put more and more energy into producing new thoughts, the new beliefs will eventually become second nature.

And once again, don't forget the importance of continuing with your listening exercises :)
